The HSG TS is a professional laser machine for cutting pipe profiles and is suitable for those who do not need all the extra equipment.
Processes pipe lengths up to 7.2 meters in manual operation and 6.5 meters in automatic loading. TS can cut most pipe profiles in addition to round and rectangular, for example L, H, U profiles.
The TS has a pneumatic chuck with intelligent digital feedback that alerts if the chuck does not clamp the profile properly. The chuck indicates the actual dimension of the profile and automatically adjusts the pressure across the profile to ensure a safe process. The machine is available from 3- to 6 kW.
TS can be delivered with the machine itself as a base, or together with an automation solution for loading and unloading. Some functions of TS:
