HSG - TPS

HSG TPS is a professional laser machine for cutting pipe profiles. TPS is leading thanks to its high acceleration, movement speed and precision.

TPS always comes equipped with bevel cutting up to 45° to optimize fit and facilitate welding. TPS can cut most pipe profiles in addition to round and rectangular, for example L, H, U profiles.

Handles pipe lengths up to 7.2 meters in manual operation and 6.5 meters in automatic loading. The TPS has a pneumatic chuck with intelligent digital feedback that alerts if the chuck does not clamp the profile properly.
The chuck indicates the actual dimension of the profile and automatically adjusts the pressure across the profile to ensure a safe process.
The machine is available from 3 to 6 kW.

TPS can be delivered with the machine itself as a base, or together with an automation solution for loading and unloading.
